Geomant is offering its clients and potential clients a free discovery session to explore opportunities for deploying Artificial Intelligence technology into their customer service strategy.

The discovery sessions will be tailored to each organisation’s specific requirements and stage in their adoption of AI.

The sessions themselves will be approx. 60 minutes, and usually conducted online, using Microsoft Teams. They will be interactive sessions, aimed at providing knowledge, exploring opportunities and making recommendations.

These sessions are specifically focused on AI’s role in customer service – and are aimed at organisations wishing to enhance customer service through the adoption of AI. We generally encourage clients to include representatives from multiple disciplines – e.g. customer experience (CX), contact centre, IT etc.

Before the online meeting, organizations will complete a short questionnaire to outline their objectives, customer service strategy, and current technology. Geomant’s consultants will review this information and conduct additional research to ensure a tailored and effective session.

This 60-minute online meeting will provide:

  • An overview of Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and key players like Microsoft, ChatGPT, and IBM Watson.

  • Insights into AI’s role in customer service, covering self-service, agent assistance, multilingual support, and integration strategies.

  • An interactive discussion to explore how AI can be applied to the organization's specific needs, considering industry trends and opportunities.

Following the session, Geomant will deliver a personalized report summarizing key insights and recommendations on how AI can enhance the organization’s customer service operations.

This Free AI Discovery Session is available on a first-come, first-served basis for organizations looking to enhance customer service through AI. Participants must complete the pre-session questionnaire and attend the 60-minute workshop. Interested organizations can register via Geomant’s website.
