Gapcloud has built a highly skilled professional services and development team covering AI technology implementation as well as data analytics. Gapcloud has its own Insights product portfolio which includes wallboards and Conversational Analytics reporting services. Based in Sydney, we have delivered over 200 customer service-related projects mainly across Australia and New Zealand as well as for clients in Singapore, South Korea, PNG, Hong Kong, Europe and the Middle East. We enable organisations to optimise their customer engagement delivery, and we specialise in integrating all aspects of AI and Agentic AI, CRM and ITSM applications into the customer journey and our CCaaS platform offerings.
